Executive Board

Dr.-Ing. Alexander Fink is founder and member of the executive board of ScMI Scenario Management International AG, Paderborn. Dr. Fink has a long experience in strategic consulting of industrial and service enterprises. He is the author or co-author of several books, among them "Szenario Management - Planen und Führen mit Szenarien" (Scenario Management - Planning and Management with Scenarios) (Hanser, 1996), "Führung im Wandel - Ein ganzheitliches Modell der zukunftsorientierten Unternehmensgestaltung (Management in Change - a complete model of future-oriented company management)" (Hanser, 1999) as well as "Erfolg durch Szenario-Management - Prinzip und Werkzeuge der strategischen Vorausschau (Success by Scenario management - principle and tools of strategic foresight)" (Campus, 2001) as well as "Handbuch Zukunfsmanagement - Werkzeuge der strategischen Planung und Früherkennung" (Handbook of future management - Tools of strategic planning and early warning) (Campus, 2006). Additionally, he writes for numerous German and international journals. In 1998 he received the "Prize for Outstanding Paper" in "Technological Forecasting and Social Change". Dr. Fink’s main emphasis are the Scenario Management, visionary strategy development as well as integration of early warning and scenarios in the management and planning process. About these topics he gives national and international lectures.


Dr.-Ing. Andreas Siebe is founder and member of the executive board of ScMI Scenario Management International AG. He studied Industrial Engineering and Managemnt at the University of Paderborn. From 1994 to 1999 he was team leader in the area of "Strategic Product Management" at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute of the University of Paderborn. He was also representing the specialist field of "Work Science and Company Organization". The topic of his docorate was the realisation of change-management-projects in dynamic environments. He is the author or co-author of several books, among them "Erfolg durch Szenario-Management - Prinzip und Werkzeuge der strategischen Vorausschau (Success by Scenario management - principle and tools of strategic foresight)" (Campus, 2001) as well as "Handbuch Zukunftsmanagement - Werkzeuge der strategischen Planung und Früherkennung" (Handbook of future management - Tools of strategic planning and early warning) (Campus, 2006). Additionally, he writes for numerous German and international journals. The main emphases of Dr. Siebe’s advisory activity are Scenario Management, the development of scenario-based corporate and business models as well as strategy-roadmapping. About these topics he gives national and international lectures.

Dipl.-Wirt. Ing. Jens-Peter Kuhle is authorised officer and project manager at ScMI Scenario Management International. He studied business engineering with a major in production technology at the University of Paderborn. From 1997 until 2000 he was employed as a scientific assistant at the Heinz Nixdorf Institut in the area of "strategic production management". Main focuses of his work were project management, the optimisation of business processes and scenario-based strategy development. The core of his consulting activity at ScMI is the scenario creation for national and international projects, as well as the design of trend detection and early detection systems. This especially includes the concept and development of the software system my4sight, which supports strategic early detection processes. Furthermore, Mr. Kuhle writes for several German as well as international magazines and professional journals.
