IMIG Group
The IMIG-Group (IMIG) aims to increase the capability of companies to change as well as to work out and implement strategies of profitable growth. Core consulting fields of the IMIG are innovation management, strategic management and the temporarily implementation of strategic management tasks. The company for information technology and computer systems (GIC) deals with the conception and realisation IT-networks as well as the development of software solutions and multimedia applications. The main goal is to create solutions that can be integrated into an existing system environment by using state-of-the-art standard technology and tools. Together ScMI, IMIG and GIC have developed and realised the software system my4sight™ for strategic early warning.

Future Thinking & Training
Franz Tessun’s Future Thinking & Training (FT&T) offers, in cooperation with ScMI AG, strategy consulting in the areas of the corporate future organization, early warning, risk management and the efficient application of the intellectual capital of companies, as well as the consultation in business intelligence questions. Until April 2002 Franz Tessun was Vice President of the area Knowledge and Scenario Management at the Corporate Business Academy (CBA) in the European Aeronautics Defence and Space Company (EADS). Before it he was responsible for this area at the central company planning at the Dasa. He has been engaged into scenario management and related disciplines for more than 10 years. Franz Tessun was chairman of the supervisory board at ScMI AG from 1998 to 2002. Together, ScMI and FT&T developed concepts for courses and professional training at the range of scenario management.

i-vector Innovationsmanagement GmbH
The i-vector Innovationsmanagement GmbH was founded in 2008 with the aim to link strategy with operative innovation management. i-vektor disposes over 15 years of experience on the interface of research and industry as well as planning, company and responsibility for more than 250 technology projects. Especially in the context of automotive production component parts of successful innovation management have been evolved.

LDK Consultants
LDK Consultants was established in Kifissia near to Athens in 1968. In 1996 LDK has established its Bucharest office in order to offer support services for LDK projects in Romania and the eastern European market. LDK employs a permanent staff of 103 people as well as 125 of part-time or collaborating experts. It provides the full range of services in the three main operating divisions, namely the Divisions Engineering, Development and Administration.

St. Andrews Management Consulting
St. Andrews Management Institute (SAMI) was established in 1989 as a partnership between the University of St Andrews, Shell, BT and Scottish Enterprise. Since its foundation SAMI has worked on nearly 100 projects for over 60 organisations in the UK and abroad, utilizing its network of fellows who are all seasoned executives.

Dr. Norbert Weiß
Dr. Norbert Weiß studied psychology with a minor in sociology. In 1963 he joined the Austrian Nationalbank (Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB)) and was responsible for its organisation department from 1984 to 2003. Since 1999 Dr. Weiß has been working as management consultant with the main focus on organisation and team development, conflict management and coaching.
