Therefore, a systematic analysis and limitation of the relevant environment is required. The results are prepared in a trend report und are integrated in the decision-making process of strategic planning, innovation and risk management.
- Analysis of the monitored array: We identify and structure in cooperation with the client the relevant influences concerning his business. Based on the networking analyses we are able to deduce priorities and lay the foundation for an efficient monitoring process.
- Communication extraction: In collaboration we define distinct processes for the communication extraction and evaluation. This generated future knowledge could be structured in an overall document management – the quintessence of the client’s information network.
- Trend identification: Trends occur by interpreting and consolidating of existing communications. Henceforth it is possible to extract the impulsive developments out against the masses and support if required.
- Trend interpretation: To define relevant evaluation schemes for identified trends enables us together to derive priorities based on compiled trend portfolios. The scenario evaluation will be supported by reported consequences passim and accounts for the decision making.
