Scenarios seem to be the motor for prospective success. They represent the central position an the model of future-oriented corporate governance: with external scenarios changes in the corporate surrounding could be forecasted. Furthermore, with strategy scenarios it is possible to systematically identify  own options and compose a strategy roadmap.

To support the customers of ScMI AG the strategy development incorporates the foresight in the future as well as other steps:

Strategic analysis: The current situation is in the focus of the examination: How is the structure of our business? Which are our strengths and weaknesses? How behave our competitors?
Strategic development: The - for a strategic justification needed – combination for the future knowledge takes place in a future matrix and goes along with the results of the situation analysis the central instrument to determinate the strategic direction of impact
Strategy formulation, implementation and controlling:
Based on the direction of impact, the central content of the company and business strategy – mission statement, positioning, competencies, measures and projects – is arranged. This process starts with the formulation of the strategy, continues in the implementation of the strategy and, in conclusion, leads  to the strategic controlling.
