Linking future and strategy

Based on the concept of scenario management ScMI AG offers its services in the form of projects, processes and courses of instruction:

• The development of scenarios or the development of visionary strategies (together with their linkage) constitute our central point - according to the specific client’s problem.

• Furthermore ScMI AG offers assistance to its partners with the long-term planning of their strategic processes. This can be accomplished by several different processes that can be used sequently or independently of one another: monitoring by creating a review of the developed scenarios, conducting an early diagnosis process or offering a systematic assistance with the planning of the strategic process. The processes are all supported by specific software tools.

The primary role of ScMI AG while conducting projects and processes is to moderate and to provide conceptual and methodological coaching. The fundamental contents come from the client or from external innovators identified by both the client and ScMI AG. The know-how of ScMI AG in different fields and sectors assures that interbranch perceptions are also included in the analysis.

The courses of instruction (workshops and seminars) offered by ScMI AG are intended both as a supplementation to our projects and processes and as an introduction to Scenario management. The courses of instruction are staged both as open presentations by ScMI AG and selected presenters and as continuing education for our clients’ employees. In addition to this, ScMI AG offers lectures on different methodological topics, which include practical examples as well.
