The compact insight into Scenario Management

The 1-day workshop "Scenario Management" offers an insight into the method of scenario creation and the application of scenarios to different aspects of the entrepreneurial practice. When designing the workshop ScMI AG resorts to its multifarious experience from different industries, markets and technological fields. In addition to this the participants of the workshop will be able to develop their own scenarios in a particular field chosen by ScMI AG (for example "The future of Germany as an economic location" or "The future of the health sector").

The goal of the intensive workshop is to sensitize the participants for future-open, systematic and strategic thinking and to provide a basic understanding of the methods used in the process. The participants will be able to:

• understand the necessity of thinking in scenarios and apply it to their daily business,
• receive an insight into the methodological steps of the scenario development,
• learn the most important applications of scenarios and judge for themselves which problems could be best solved using scenarios,
• understand which factors are crucial for the successful implementation of scenario projects and
• anticipate the different problems in the integration of future-oriented thinking and scenarios in the company and take these into account in their daily business.

Cost and conception of the workshop depend on the number of participants. To individuals interested in the 1-day compact workshop we recommend the open seminars offered by ScMI AG (only in German at the moment).
