Experience the process of scenario development
The 2-day seminar Scenario management offers an intensive insight into the methodology of scenario creation and the implementation of scenarios in different business situations. When designing the workshop, ScMI AG resorts to its multifarious experience from different industries, markets and technological fields. In addition to this the participants in the workshop will be able to develop their own scenario.
The goal of the intensive workshop is to sensitize the participants for the future-open, systems and strategic thinking and to provide a basic understanding about the methods used in the process. The participants will be able to:
- understand the necessity of thinking in scenarios and apply it to their daily business,
- receive an insight into the methodological steps of the scenario development,
- learn the most important applications von scenarios and judge for themselves which problems could be best solved using scenarios,
- understand which factors are crucial for the successful implementation of scenario projects and
- anticipate the different problems in the integration of future-oriented thinking and scenarios in the company and take these into account in their daily business.
