Scenario creation support

The most important basis for a successful scenario project is the acceptance of uncertainty and thus the willingness to future-open thinking. At the same time scenarios have to illustrate the complexity within the chosen topic. In Scenario-Management this happens particularly with the selection of key factors as well as with the construction of scenarios. Therefore, the Scenario-Manager, a software developed by ScMI, is used. It is used in the background or between the workshops. Although this software support the handling of complexity, it should not be misinterpreted as the central factor of success of the scenario project.

The Scenario-Manager is open to experienced project partners of ScMI. However, most of our project partners prefer a scenario calculation that is offered in combination with a methodical basic service.
