In addition to our various inhouse seminars, we offer open seminars and workshops where you learn how to strengthen the future- and strategy competencies of your company:

• The intensive workshop "scenario management" offers you an insight into the methods of scenario development based on the techniques of scenario management.
• Through the intensiv workshop "trend- and future management" you gain an overview over various future-instruments - that range from prognosis and trends to scenarios and their application. This workshop delivers essential skills for professional future management in companies and institutions.
