The compact insight into Scenario Management
The intensive-workshop in Scenario Management is offered several times a year as an open seminar. The workshop delivers insights into the methodology of scenario development as well as information regarding the application of scenarios for different topics in different company contexts. In addition discussions about the experience with scenario management in different settings and sectors are put up. Moreover, to conclude the workshop, practical examples of short scenarios for general topics will be developed.
During the 1-day to 2-day workshop in Scenario-Management participants get to know an efficient methodology to identify future developments, to structure trends and concentrate them to scenarios, as well as to apply them into strategic planning.
Through the practical parts within the workshop, the examples and exchange of experience, you can strengthen your competences in:
