Compact workshop trend and future management

The compact workshop “trend and future management” provides a overview of instruments for corporate foresight such as prognosis, trend research and scenario development .Moreover, vision- and strategy finding, roadmapping and planning processes are discussed for all three instruments.

During the 1day workshop you get to know those different instruments and you will learn for which situations they are best suitable and when to use other tools. Through practical examples and the exchange of experiences with other participants you will be able to strengthen your skills in:

• applying trend and future management instruments succesfully
• early identification of trends and their long-term effects on scenarios in your company environment
• advancing the possibility to react early by analyzing chances and risks

his workshop is designed for all those who work with future developments and corresponding consequences for the business & corporate governance. Especially, these are executives and leading managers of division such as strategic planning, business development, marketing & marketing research, risk management, controlling, research & development as well as technology- and innovation management.
