Implement future-optimized processes

Besides our project work, we support the configuration of long-term, future-oriented processes based on the concept of scenario management. In doing so, we concentrate on scenario processes, strategy processes and corporate foresight processes.  In the course of  the before mentioned processes we primarily take on the moderating and methodological coaching part.
