The development and decision over a strategy does not end the work - normally it just starts it. This work has to be done by the company or organization itself. Nevertheless the strategy process can be supported usefully.

By guiding the strategy process it is ensured that the strategy does not remain only the initial point of corporate actions and does not dominate daily business. In this context ScMI AG acts as an "advocate of strategies" (concerning their implementation).
