The scenario conference is adopted for the development of options and strategy alternatives. Such strategy scenarios could be developed for companies, business segments or functional units. Furthermore it is possible to depict courses of actions for organisations and associations.
In the run-up to a scenario conference it is important to identify the possible design elements to facilitate the entrance in a strategic discussion. The scenario conference itself takes about two days and includes particularly the selection of strategy elements, the creation of alternative future options as well as the development and evaluation of strategic scenarios. It is possible to integrate several steps of the vision and strategy development into the process.
