The topic of this year’s "Copenhagen Conference on Strategic Management" at the 11th /12th of December, 2007 was "Innovation in Corporate Strategy Management", organized by the Copenhagen Business School (CBS). It is already the third conference catered by the "Center for Strategic Management and Globalization" after 2005 and 2006. The first day of the conference started with an Executive Event in the morning, including lectures from Robert Burgelman (Professor, Stanford University Business School) as well as Yves Doz (Professor, IN-SEAD). Through a Call for Papers, several presentations were selected concerning the topic "Innovation in Corporate Strategy Management". These were presented and discussed in the afternoon of the first as well as throughout the second day of the conference. Benjamin Hollmann (Consultant) presented the contribution of the ScMI AG, named "From Scenarios to Consequences". Within his lecture, he showed the various possibilities for companies to cope with internal and external changes and, furthermore, which fields of application exist for future scenarios concerning this context.

Afterwards a discussion concerning "Managing environmental change" enabled the audience to start an interactive dialogue with the presenters.
