Shareholders of ScMI AG trust the advisory board and elect it for another period. This was the result of ScMI AG’s general meeting of March 2nd 2006. Dr. Gert Vaubel , former member of the executive board of directors of Benteler AG, will remain chairman of the advisory board. Again, his first deputy chair-man will be Bernd Reike, manager of Druckerei Reike, Paderborn. Moreover, Hellmut Wilckens, former manager of Forschungszentrum des Deutschen Schiffbaus, was confirmed as second deputy chairman.
