The WECONOMY competition of Wissensfabrik and Handelsblatt has been decided. WECONOMY is organised by the Wissensfabrik association and the newspaper Handelsblatt. Since 2009 ScMI is a Wissensfabrik member. This year the jury was convinced of nine business ideas which were mostly focussing on innovative energy and technology topics. Also ScMI manager Dr Andreas Siebe was member of the jury and jointly responsible for the decision.

In September 2009 the winners of the competition are invited to a networking weekend with German topmanagers. BASF, Bilfinger Berger, Bosch and TRUMPF will be represented. Discussions and workshops for strategy decisions and investor communication will be offered.
