Development of external scenarios for the IP-management of medium-sized companies in Europe 2020
In a project with international professionals the University of Applied Science FH CAMPUS 02, the IMG GmbH and ScMI created seven scenarios for the future of intellectual property. Additionally, they developed strategic options for medium-sized technology companies.
“Intellectual property” is an important element of innovation and technology strategies. Its success depends to a large extent on how they develop the framework conditions for such an IP-management in the future. The University of Applied Sciences FH CAMPUS 02 in conjunction with IMG GmbH created a joint project generating seven scenarios together with ScMI and international experts. Besides, in a second module 10 strategic approaches were created from which especially medium-sized companies can benefit in order to adapt their IP-management to different external scenarios.
