The future of winter tourism
How can winter tourism in Bavaria become sustainable in the face of climate change? A recent study with 31 experts shows how winter tourism can be rethought. The focus was on 21 key factors that lead to seven possible future scenarios up to 2050: from classic snow activities to sustainable, year-round concepts.
D2045: New horizons – Missions for Germany
What does a climate-neutral Germany look like? What does a socially just future look like? What kind of country do we want to be in 2045? Together with 50 futurologists as well as experts of ScMI AG and foresightlab, the D2030 initiative has developed seven desirable visions for Germany's future and derived from them the conflicting goals of tomorrow as well as initial recommendations for policy-makers.
Future Report HR-Tech
How can HR processes be rethought in times of change? Which technologies bring real benefits? A recent study, based on a survey of 57 HR experts, sheds light on key trends such as AI-supported tools and human capital management systems. It provides HR professionals with specific recommendations for action based on strategic opportunities and challenges.
10 perspectives on the future of academic education
Together with Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW and an interdisciplinary group of experts, ScMI AG thought ahead to conceivable alternative university worlds. The future of health tourism in 2040
In an interdisciplinary scenario team consisting of 21 experts from various areas of Bavarian health tourism (destinations, spas and health resorts, health tourism businesses, science), seven scenarios for the future of health tourism in Bavaria were developed over the course of three workshops.
