The former board of directors, consisting of the chairman Prof. Dr. Steffen Gronemeyer,
vice-chairman Barabar Tigges-Mettenmeier and the treasurer Dr. Friedrich Keine, were replaced by the new chairman Heike Käferle (TEAM GmbH), vice-chairman Dr. Andreas Siebe (ScMI AG) and treausurer Bernhard Dorenkamp (Director and branch manager of Volksbank Paderborn-Höxter-Detmold). The single constant is secretary Wolfgang Walter.

Within a retrospective view during the assembly, the former chairman Prof. Dr. Steffen Gronemeyer, looked back on a successful time and reported on the activities which took place during the past year. Gronemeyer stated, that the university society Paderborn currently consists of 337 members. According to its tradition, the university society promotes students with special student grants. Furthermore, foreign students and students with outstanding dissertations, master or bachelor theses were honored for their achievements. In addition the society provided subsidies for printing costs to several projects, such as international conferences, series of lectures, theater projects or publications. The entire volume of financial aid spend was 45,000 Euro. 13,000 Euro out of the entire volume was directly donated in favour of Stiftung Studienfonds OWL.
