In a personal statement Dr. Becker, the long-time managing partner of Becker Brakel, looked back on this time and attested the ScMI AG not only a successful company development but also the ability to perceive new and strategically relevant developments early and to integrate them into his consulting practice. ScMI board member Dr. Alexander Fink thanked Dr. Becker for his commitment and the trustful cooperation.

At the Annual General Meeting, which was held under special protective measures due to the corona crisis, the shareholders subsequently confirmed Bernd Reike and Prof. Wilfried Jungkind as members of the supervisory body. Sabine Rittmeyer is a new member of the Supervisory Board, who was also elected as the new Chairwoman at the subsequent constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board. As Head of Marketing, Sabine Rittmeyer is a member of the Management Board of POCO Einrichtungsmärkte. Dr. Fink was pleased to have found in Ms. Rittmeyer a management personality who represents the idea of scenario management with conviction, who fits the open ScMI culture - and who is also able to ask unusual questions and introduce new topics.
