After many years of very successful work, ScMI founding initiator Dr. Andreas Siebe will resign from the board of directors at his own request and turn to a new professional challenge. With the termination of his activity agreed by best mutual consent, Dr. Alexander Fink will take over the management of ScMI AG as sole member of the Managing Board. He will be supported by Jens-Peter Kuhle and Hanna Jürgensmeier, with whom he forms the new management team.
