Trends and innovations in modern human resources management

The dynamic changes in the world of work are opening up new opportunities and challenges for HR processes. Recognizing the potential of new HR technologies at an early stage is therefore becoming a strategic competitive advantage – not only in terms of increasing efficiency, but above all in terms of retaining and developing talent.

But which HR technologies can make a real contribution to improving processes? And where is the use of such technologies worthwhile?

In this study, a panel of 57 HR experts from various sectors were asked about technology trends in HR. Central technology trends such as AI-supported tools and human capital management systems are presented and reflected on with regard to their fields of application. In addition to strategic opportunities and challenges, the perspective of the employees and levers of acceptance are not neglected. Concrete recommendations for action give forward-thinking HR professionals the opportunity to take direct action and benefit from the possibilities of HR technologies.
