Using an application example it is shown how scenarios can be created. The working out will be done with a given exemplary topic by ScMI (Future of the tourism).
The Two-Day Scenario Training offers an intensive insight in the methodology of scenario design and in the work with scenarios. In addition, own scenarios are developed during the seminar. For this purpose, a pool with possible seminar subjects is available for the participants.
The Three-Day Scenario Training is the premium offer of the ScMI; it provides the most intensive and extensive insight in the methodology and the use of scenarios. The development of own, firm-specific scenarios is in the main focus. Requirements and the conception of the seminar are individually determined regarding the topic and number of participants.
